DIY Idea : Hand Embroidered Silk Cord Bracelet

Rich Green And Gold Embroidery Thread Bracelet

I was excited to receive these free products, so i can create something beautiful to share with you.

This looks like a weird title to me, but it accurately describes what i am sharing with you today. A hand embroidered, silk cord bracelet. I have worked with leather cords, making a statement necklace and lately an easy to create door wreath.  This time i have the opportunity to work with silk cords and share this idea with you.

The rich green color is amazing and the silk feels great! I knew i was going to try embroidery in this one. I chose to make a few stars or flowers, you choose what they are. At first i thought to use embroidery thread, i have a few mixed green threads i thought of using at first, but gold won in the end.

Beautiful Silk Cord Bracelet

A bracelet needs a pretty closure, right? I used these jewellery findings, 2 square end cups and a clasp.

Do you think gold is too much? What would you choose for decorating your silk cord bracelet?
