Not a catchy post title, is it? I am so frustrated and disappointed about this one that i did not even want to hit “publish”, i prefer “move to trash”. I am not a Creative Blogger this month. I am an awful one. Like my Christmas Decorations! Any way! The Creative Bloggers challenge is back with the Christmas Edition! You can have a look at October and November challenges.
This month it’s all about Christmas. Everywhere! Ioanna shared her beautiful christmas snowy jar yesterday. I am sure that at night with a small candle lit in them they look even better!
Today is my turn to share Something For Christmas. I’ve done 2 different projects. Two failed ones, so i thought i’d share them both! Here goes nothing! This year i decorated our tree using white and gold. I love the gold branches most of all!
I was left with the 3 ribbons that decorated our tree the previous years. I used them for decorating our front door, wrap them around like we do with presents. And make a bow using the 3rd ribbon. I wrapped the ribbon around my arm, holding one end between my fingers. Using one end of the ribbon for securing it in the middle and then started separating the loops.
Now, the second one. Oh boy! I was excited about that, but it was a disaster! Bought a beautiful dish towel from H&M, planned on making something for a door or a mirror, but it came out looking awful! I cut out circles in various sizes from thin cardboard and used the filling from an old IKEA cushion to make small pillows and it came out looking like that…oh! No sparkle here!
Terrible….just terrible! I am sure Eleana has something amazing coming tomorrow! Make sure you visit all the Creative Bloggers Christmas Decorations!
